    • What are the standard check-in and check-out times? Check-in is strictly between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM.

    • Can I request a late or early check-in? Early check-in can be requested from 12:30 PM for an additional fee. Late check-ins past 8:00 PM must be approved prior to arrival and may incur an extra charge.

    • Are there surcharges for short stays? Yes, single-night stays incur a $50 surcharge.

    • Are children allowed? The property generally operates under a strict no-children policy for individual bed and breakfast bookings. Children are only permitted if a group books the entire property exclusively.

    • Can I bring my pet? No, pets are not allowed on the property due to health and safety reasons, as the property has residents' horses and a friendly Labrador named Ollie.

    • Is breakfast included? Yes, a complimentary cooked or continental breakfast is included with your room booking. Options typically feature granola, fruit and cooked choices with juice each morning.

    • Are there other dining options? Dinner (two or three courses) can be prepared by the host with at least 24 hours' notice for an additional cost. Wine and beer are also available for purchase.
