Smoking
No smoking is permitted indoors or outdoors, we reserve the right to charge you credit card for any additional cleaning required due to smoke damage.

Animals
No pets allowed, there are horses on the property and a very friendly Labrador called Ollie.

I will put your washing on for you and my machine will wash your items. I will then give you the wet clothing in a basket and you can hang it on my clothes line to dry. I do not charge you for washing your items.

Yes the internet is free. We are rural though, the speed can fluctuate. It is good for email and social media but can slow down considerably if all the guests try to stream.

Yes, the host does live on the property. It is a relaxed environment and most guests want to interact with the host for local knowledge. The host however does have her own private area apart from guests.
